What is Holistic Health?

We have heard this alliterative expression so many times.  So, what is a holistic approach to better health and well-being?  This type of treatment considers the whole person rather than merely concentrating on a specific illness or part of the body.  It may be best described as something that focuses on the connection of mind, spirit, and body.
